De-Sexing
De-sexing surgery is the most common soft tissue procedure performed onsite at our animal hospital. Vets in Endeavour Hills recommends de-sexing male and female cats and dogs at around 5-6 months of age to prevent health complications later in life as well as unwanted litters.

To mitigate some of the common problems related to administering ananaesthetic, Vets in Endeavour Hills recommend Pre-Anaesthetic blood testing. This simple blood test is performed in clinic, and allow us to check the function of your pet’s vital organs. In some cases, these blood tests reveal underlying conditions which necessitate a modified dose of anaesthetic.
